Why is he a stupid criminal? Well, he let the clerk scan his ID, so she knew he was, and then stole cash from the drawer. He ran from the store.  After the police were notified, he called the police to tell them where he was, so they could arrest him.

Juvi didn't show up for court on a shoplifting charge

 I looked up the verdict on the one criminal mischief charge and shoplifting charge and found that he didn't show up for court.  What happens now? According to the court, a warrant could go out for his arrest, or it could be continued to another date. The other charges: third degree domestic violence and criminal mischief have been continued to August. I will keep you posted. I am really hoping for a prison sentence on the domestic violence charge. This is not his first time being charged with domestic violence.
