Garbage Cans Drama Continues

So, my neighbor continues to be a pita (pain in the ass) over where I can park and where I can place my garage cans.

Since my neighbors and I do not know his name is he is being referred lovingly as Mr. Dickhead. I think going forward in this blog I will refer to him as DH.

Here is the latest....

Called code enforcement where can I legally place my trash cans without earning a ticket. Her reply was in where on the street as long as it doesn't interfere with eh flow of traffic. Well, that seems easy enough.

We chatted about why I would be asking such as odd question. Well, the reason is that DH is parked too close to my driveway, and I cannot put them out.

Fun fact... the city ordinance is that no one can park within five feet of my driveway without my permission.

Ok, so I could call the police and have him ticketed, but when I looked down the street and see others doing the same things, I do not want them to get ticket too, so I passed on calling the police. The reason I do not want other neighbors getting ticketed is because I do not know what arrangement they have with their neighbors.

Another reason I will not call the police is because I want to live in peace and not escalate this situation.

I have two solutions.

1) Parked behind my own driveway and move the cans when I leave and return. I would have to do this because sometimes I leave before the trash is collected and it may not be collected when I return. This sounds like a real pain.

2) Ask another neighbor if I can I place cans by him. Yep, I found a solution. Winner Winner!!

Now all of this drama over some trash cans. I hope this dude finds his happy place soon.

The trash was successfully put out.
