Time to get caught on neighborhood drama and current events

Yes, this is going to be one messy post—just tossing everything into one. Sorry, but also not sorry. Doing what works for me.

Okay, so let’s go.

Update on neighbor Dick Head (No, his name is not Richard Head. I have to admit I laughed way too hard when someone actually asked me that.) No drama this week about where I could place my trash cans. I have to admit, I never imagined I’d enrage someone over trash can placement. Dude, it’s trash—get over it. Anyway, one of his trash cans remains in the street, which is a total violation. But hey, I’m not turning you in. I’ll let another Karen handle that, because we all know it’s just a matter of time.

Oh my goodness, I’m sure by now everyone’s seen the news about CEO Andy Byron getting caught having an affair at a Coldplay concert. Seriously? That has to be one of the dumbest moves ever—bringing the side chick to a concert in this day and age? I hope his wife gets one hell of a settlement.

This week, Kohlberg will be sentenced for killing four college students. I wonder if he’ll speak in court and we’ll finally learn why he did it.

Nothing too exciting happening here—sorry, no drama. Oh! I bought a new toaster and snagged a Cuisinart toaster oven on sale from Target for $99 (originally $229). A friend recommended it, and I hope I like it as much as she does. Just checked—the price skyrocketed overnight. Glad I grabbed it yesterday!
